What makes the full version different from the demo version?
In the full version, you can save and load your progress any time.*
You get the game’s updates for free, which are available in the About/Check for updates menu.
Each stage contains more challenges due to the presence of bioweapons, boxes and traps. In return, you get additional bonus items: Spacebomber mode, Freezer, Ghost wall and Super bomb. For further information on objects and bonus items, please refer to the Help section of the game.
*Note: without activating the full version, you can only play 15 minutes and the Save/Load function is not available either.

Why cannot I exit the registration window?
You can only play 15 minutes without the activation of the full version. Once it is over, the registration window pops up and will not let you exit.

You can save and load your completed stages only in an activated game.

What status is saved in the game?
The game makes a note of the current status after each completed stage. If you press the "Esc" button at this point and exit to the main menu, you can save your progress.
After having saved, you can reenter the game.

Where can I find the key necessary for activation?
Press the "Space" button or click on "Registration" in the full version's About menu.

The Activation Code has not been delivered to me
We send you the Activation Code to the e-mail address you indicated once the offset is registered on our bank account. The transaction normally takes 2 to 3 workdays.
You can track your order on the Status page by entering your e-mail address and order ID.

Why is my order "pending"?
The transaction of payments executed on the PayPal site normally takes 2 to 3 days. If you are a PayPal user paying directly from your PayPal account, the transaction takes only a couple of hours.
If you have not received your Activation Code 2 to 3 days after the payment, please contact us at support@spacebomber.com.

I cannot find my order ID
We send the order ID to the e-mail address provided on the order form. If you provide us with a mis-spelled e-mail address, we cannot send you the confirmation e-mail.
Please contact us at support@spacebomber.com so that we can identify your order and send the necessary e-mails to the appropriate e-mail address.

Why should I pay more if I ask for an invoice containing VAT?
We have to issue the invoice, sign and mail it to the indicated address. Since this is additional work for us, we charge you with an administrative cost.
